GreyWolfCollars offers the following Returns Policy:

If you don't like your collar, please ship it back to us, unworn, and we will refund you the purchase price of the collar.

When using any collar, please inspect them.  A frayed, torn, or old collar may break.  A collar that is the wrong size can lead to your dog slipping his collar  or damaging his neck or coat.

It is up to the guardian/owner to ensure their dog's safety when using ANY collar.  The wrong collar type or size can lead to injury and sometimes in the dog getting loose.  No collar takes the place of training your dog.  Not only does training keep you & your dog safer, but it is fun too!
