Customer Service
We do take special requests. If you have a certain fabric that you want us to use for your collar, you can mail the fabric to us and we will make your collar from that. You can send us an e-mail letting us know that you have a special request for fabric choice. We will give you our mailing address so you can send the fabric to us. Once we are done making your collar, we will send you a photo of your finished collar and then ship both collar & any left over fabric back to you. It's that simple!
Please keep in mind that not all fabrics may be available in your collar choice. If the collar fabric you choose is not available, we will e-mail you and give you the choice of either substituting the fabric for another, having us try to get that particular fabric in (if available; some fabrics are discontinued), or we can refund you the purchase price. The choice is up to you.
If you would like to substitute colored hardware instead of the nickel, please send us an e-mail PRIOR to ordering. If you have a custom size needed, please choose the 'custom' option when ordering and we will contact you for the exact size.
Need a custom-sized collar? No problem! When you order, you will see the 'custom size' option. Simply select that option and when we receive your order, we will e-mail you asking for the neck size you need.
